Really good Stay in the Highlands
modern design excellent food large shower comfortable bed
I enjoyed the modern design reflecting the local era. The breakfast a la carte was a highlight with excellent quality food. The room was clean and the bathroom included a large shower. I found the bed super comfortable.
I noticed slight noise from the busy road .

The staff were attentive and helpful, fulfilling my requests for room service quickly. I found the check-in process easy and friendly with chloe at reception, very smooth. The service during afternoon tea and dinner was really good.

The resort offered a gym with adequate equipment for workouts and a bar for relaxation. Guests can enjoy a peaceful breakfast overlooking the golf course. The steamboat dinner option provided a good dining experience.

The resort is in a location that feels like paradise, offering beautiful views from the room. I could easily enjoy the rain under an umbrella near the premises. It's quite relaxing. The area offers a unique experience.

Reasonable Stay, Some Issues
attentive staff linen tablecloth traffic noise missing elevator
The staff were indeed attentive. They were also quite friendly, and their English skills were good, which helped a lot. The dining room impressed me. It had linen tablecloths and serviettes.
I noticed quite a bit of noise. I was not able to sleep until after midnight. The traffic outside finally calmed down at that point. The hotel lacks elevators. It has too many steps up to the Front Entrance.

Amazing Stay in the Highlands!
lovely surprise better view great attention
Sarah Lazarus gave me a lovely surprise , made my day! I asked for a room change to get a better view. The next day, they granted my request and welcomed me with a beautiful honeymoon setup! The breakfast cheese and sambal toasties were AMAZING!!! The staff paid great attention to detail.
The shower was complicated to use. The lighting was dim. The bidet was cold, and the pressure was low. The hotel charges five-star rates daily, so room maintenance needs to be better.

The hotel is very well located next to the night market and strawberry farms. This provides easy access to local attractions and makes exploring the area very convenient. Getting around is simple.

the staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. the hotel provided a lovely breakfast. i found the location excellent, particularly its proximity to the golf course.
the shower was somewhat complicated to operate. i noticed the lighting was rather dim. i also thought the bidet dispensed cold water.

colonial charm and attentive service

I found the hotel rooms spacious with lovely decoration. the food was good. it was great that the hotel offered clubs for loan since we were there for golf. The course was close by. the hotel made my 30th anniversary with my wife nice. Kennedy in the kl sales office was helpful. the staff were kind and attentive, especially kee at reception and santosh at breakfast.
the gym needs some updates.
