Reasonable Stay, Some Issues

The staff were indeed attentive. They were also quite friendly, and their English skills were good, which helped a lot. The dining room impressed me. It had linen tablecloths and serviettes.
I noticed quite a bit of noise. I was not able to sleep until after midnight. The traffic outside finally calmed down at that point. It has too many steps up to the Front Entrance.

Amazing Stay in the Highlands!

Sarah Lazarus gave me a lovely surprise , made my day! I asked for a room change to get a better view. The next day, they granted my request and welcomed me with a beautiful honeymoon setup! The breakfast cheese and sambal toasties were AMAZING!!! The staff paid great attention to detail.
The shower was complicated to use. The lighting was dim. The bidet was cold, and the pressure was low. The hotel charges five-star rates daily, so room maintenance needs to be better.

the staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. the hotel provided a lovely breakfast. i found the location excellent, particularly its proximity to the golf course.

I found the hotel rooms spacious with lovely decoration. the food was good. it was great that the hotel offered clubs for loan since we were there for golf. The course was close by. the hotel made my 30th anniversary with my wife nice. Kennedy in the kl sales office was helpful. the staff were kind and attentive, especially kee at reception and santosh at breakfast.
the gym needs some updates.
